Preparation of conceptual drawings & getting it approved from concern authority by discussion & comments from them

Preparation of BOQ & Estimate.

Pri-Bid Technical Discussion with Vendors

Getting quotations from eligible vendors.

Comparison their quotes with estimate.

Suggesting rating for vendors as per their setup & experience, to client for their evaluation.

Issuing of all GFC drawings of floor plans & SLD’s.

Explaining all the drawings & working methods to vendors for smooth & quality work in schedule time.

Controlling the quality of work by time to time checks.

Standardised check list to improve the quality

Reqular Interaction with Site Staff for education & motivating for quality work

Monitoring the work progress by site visits.

Visit Reports to rectify error & ommissions during execution.

Checking of material used on site as per the tender specifications.
